Your CV is not read top to bottom. It is assessed across separate criteria, and strength in one does not compensate for weakness in another: education, work experience, extracurriculars, overall quality, link to the region, referral, and in some processes test scores such as Sova. The strongest candidates understand how they are being scored and build the CV accordingly.
