Who we are
Consulting Prep Middle East is a coaching team of ex-MBB Senior Managers and Associate Partners. We led interviewing and recruiting for our respective firms in this region, which means we spent more than 50 combined years on the other side of the table deciding who got an offer.
We started because the prep available to candidates in this region was written for somewhere else. Over the past year we have coached more than 1,650 candidates and supported over 520 offers across 35 firms.
What we believe
Access to consulting careers in this region should not depend on knowing someone who already works in one. Too many strong candidates are screened out for reasons that have nothing to do with their ability and everything to do with not knowing how the process works.
We close that information gap, then do the work with you.
