Services
Nine areas of support across four stages of recruiting. Most candidates use three or four, sequenced against their own timeline.
Before you apply
Decisions that set your odds before a single application goes in.
The GroundworkExperience choices that build a credible profile
- Internship and extracurricular selection
- Leadership experience planning
- The skills regional firms actually weight
- A timeline mapped backwards from application dates
Who it is for: Students with a year or more before applications open.
The ShortlistFirm and office targeting matched to your profile
- Firm and office shortlist built around your profile
- Practice area and industry fit
- Application timing, firm by firm
- An honest read on where you convert and where you do not
Who it is for: Anyone about to apply who is unsure where to spend their applications.
Your application
Getting past the screen, which is where most candidates are cut.
The Scorecard CVA CV rebuilt against the firms' scoring sheets
- Firm scoring sheets applied to your CV, criterion by criterion
- Achievements rewritten to score on the dimensions that carry weight
- Consulting-standard structure and ATS-clean layout
- Firm-specific cover letter tailoring
Who it is for: Every candidate. The highest-leverage hour you will spend.
The Referral RouteDirect introductions at your target firms
- Introductions inside MBB, Tier 2 and Big 4 strategy arms, region-wide
- Firm and office matched to your shortlist
- Outreach scripts and follow-up sequences for contacts you build yourself
- LinkedIn profile optimisation
Who it is for: Candidates without an existing network here. A referral skips the screening queue.
Interview preparation
The four things interviews actually test, each prepared separately.
The Case RoomMocks using real cases from live interviews
- Cases sourced from candidates, our network inside the firms, and 50+ years interviewing
- Matched to your firm and your round
- Interviewer-led and candidate-led formats
- Written feedback against the dimensions interviewers score
Who it is for: Everyone with an interview date. Volume matters more here than anywhere else.
The Win GuidesPlaybooks on structuring and case mechanics
- How to structure any case without a memorised framework
- The prep sequence that works, week by week
- Hypothesis, synthesis and recommendation mechanics
- Written by people who have interviewed for their own firms
Who it is for: Included with case prep. Useful alone if you are preparing independently.
The 21 Fit QuestionsThe questions behind 95% of what you are asked
- All 21 questions, and what each one is really testing
- Your stories built once, then mapped across all 21
- Why consulting and why this firm, built to survive follow-ups
- Regional fit: why this office, why now, and the language question
Who it is for: Candidates strong on cases who lose on fit. More common than you would think.
Maths and Exhibit DrillsTimed maths and chart drills, free to use
- 50 timed drills across seven skill sets
- 12 calculation shortcuts worth memorising
- Market sizing drills built on Middle East markets
- Free, no account needed
Who it is for: Everyone, starting today. The one part of prep you can do alone.
After the offer
The decisions that shape the first three years.
After the OfferOffer choice, start date and first staffing
- Choosing between competing offers
- Compensation and start-date guidance
- A first-90-days playbook
- Getting staffed on the projects that build the career you want
Who it is for: Candidates holding one or more offers.
Which of these you need
Where you sit in the timeline decides the package. This is the shortcut if you would rather not read nine cards.
| Where you are | What you need | Why |
|---|---|---|
| First or second-year student | The Groundwork · Maths and Exhibit Drills | Build the profile now. Cases can wait. |
| Penultimate year, internship season | The Groundwork · The Shortlist · The Scorecard CV · The Case Room | Internships are the main route into these offices. |
| Final year, applications open | The Scorecard CV · The Referral Route · The Case Room · The 21 Fit Questions | The full sequence, compressed. CV and referral first. |
| Experienced hire or MBA | The Shortlist · The Scorecard CV · The Referral Route · The Case Room | Lateral slots are narrow, so targeting matters most. |
| Interview in under three weeks | The Case Room · The 21 Fit Questions · The Win Guides | Drop everything else. Mocks and fit stories only. |
| Holding an offer | After the Offer | Offer choice and first staffing shape the next three years. |
How pricing works
We price per package rather than per hour, because the right support depends entirely on where you start and which firms you are targeting. A final-year student three weeks from a McKinsey first round needs something very different from a banker planning a switch next year.
The 30-minute orientation call is free. It ends with a recommended package and a clear price. No obligation to continue.
